Job Description

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Software Programmer to work with a team to develop and maintain the Centurion Project solution for
STRATCOM J722
at Offutt AFB, NE. \n What you will be doing: Six or more years' experience as a software developer Knowledge of the software development life cycle Experience with Object oriented programming Experience with Web development (JavaScript, HTML) Basic database knowledge What you will need: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field The ability to be Security+ Certified within 90 days of employment
Security Clearance:
Secret Clearance to start and must be eligible for
Top Secret Clearance Additional Qualifications:
Experience in the Centurion Project developing the software in a DoD environment is a plus. Basic Proficiency in Python, Django, JavaScript, HTML, PostgreSQL are a plus. Performs full software life cycle including: Design, develop, implement, and maintain applications within the Centurion Project. Interacting with customers to gather requirements and offering creative solutions, writing documentation, presenting project designs, performing user training and attending requirements meetings. Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Utilize software engineering best practices (unit testing, code reviews, design documentation). Experience or understanding of OPIR ground reporting systems is a plus. Experience or understanding of NPES is a plus. Strong software troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis skills are a plus.
