This role requires deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL language fundamentals, database architecture, replication strategies, and the ability to work alongside application code written in C#. This is a hands-on role for someone who will work closely with operations to generate reports, system automations, and enhance product functionality. Responsibilities Design, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SQL database schemas and structures Write, analyze, and tune complex Microsoft SQL queries, views, and stored procedures Ensure data integrity, performance, and availability across environments Program in C# for business system automation Assist with database migrations, upgrades and backup/recovery strategies Review and improve existing database designs and workflows Provide guidance on best practices for Microsoft SQL development and performance Required Qualifications Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL (queries, indexing, normalization, optimation) Solid understanding of relational database architecture and design Engineering mindset with the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems Experience working with or supporting applications written in C# Familiarity with version control and structured development workflows Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Experience working in production environments with live data Ability to read and debug application code when needed (light C# work) Collection industry experience related to call data, collection data, and dialer systems Latitude experience is a plus

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
