Job Description
A growing and leading aerospace manufacturing company is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Programmer to join our team in a dedicated, office-based technical role. Moving away from traditional shop-floor machining, this position focuses on the data, workflows, and administrative logistics-such as process methodizing, blueprint analysis, and spreadsheet management-that drive our production efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with technical drawing aptitude who wants to bridge the gap between CNC software and operational coordination.
salary:
$62,400 - $72,800 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 5

AssociateResponsibilities Utilize CAM software to develop, organize, and prepare digital manufacturing files for production. Analyze technical drawings to determine the most efficient manufacturing workflows and production steps. Coordinate the administrative flow of active jobs, ensuring tooling data and project timelines align smoothly from the office. Maintain, update, and organize spreadsheets to track project statuses, tooling data, and production metrics. Organize and archive digital manufacturing files, engineering blueprints, and programming records. Exposure to or proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam experience is an asset, ranging from foundational academic knowledge to practical application). Aptitude for reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Spreadsheets. High organizational skills with a keen eye for process optimization and data management.
