Bilingual Program Analyst (English / Spanish) Offsite - Brooklyn, NY Apply Overview Salary Range $34.61 - $34.61 Hourly Position Type Full-Time Job Shift Day Education Level Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Travel Percentage Up to 25% Apply Description HeartShare St. Vincent's Services is a non-profit agency serving individuals, children, and families living in New York City. The Department of Data Analysis and Accountability (DAA) is responsible for assisting the agency's diverse array of programs in using data to enhance the quality and effectiveness of services. Currently, DAA is looking for an energetic, detail oriented, self-starter to fill the open Program Analyst position. The ideal candidate will have a background in quality assurance and/or program evaluation, strong commitment to data-driven program improvement, and experience working within a non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will also have an interest in children and immigrant services.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of Position:
Work collaboratively with the Senior Director and program on identifying trends in performance metrics. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and communicate results to program leadership and staff. Track and maintain incident database Prepare reports as required (monthly and/or quarterly), identifying trends in the data Drafting and reviewing policies with the team Present performance metrics to the team Ability to mine data to extract information from data sets and identify patterns/correlations Create and interpret data sets to improve program quality and predictive capabilities Collaborate with different departments to support data-driven decision making Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills/ Bilingual in Spanish Required An interest in children and immigrant services. Bachelor's Degree required . Master's Degree Preferred Experience with UAC Portal P referred . Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze data with attention to detail and accuracy Strong knowledge of relevant software / Microsoft Office (Word, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access) (Excel, Access).
