Full Job Description Riverside Overview:
Riverside Research is an independent National Security Nonprofit dedicated to research and development in the national interest. We provide high-end technical services, research and development, and prototype solutions to some of the country's most challenging technical problems. All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship.
Position Overview:
Riverside Research and the IDS Business Unit are seeking a full time MILCON Programming manager in the Dayton, OH area. This position will focus on supporting the
NASIC MILCON
Program Development with facility and capital improvement project packages. .
Responsibilities:
Support
NASIC MILCON
Program Development with facility and capital improvement project packages Develop 1391 Military Construction (MILCON) project requirements for the maintenance and improvement of base facilities and infrastructure Review DD Form 1391 for compliance with MILCON policy Validate project requirements for budget submissions, conduct Executability Risk Reviews, and assist in Integrated Priority List development Provide logistic support, training, and process refinement recommendations Analyze funding trends, project risks, and cost variances Provide planning, programming, and methods of construction at all NASIC operating locations Interface with the mission customer and external agencies Coordinate, oversee, and provide risk abatement construction management expertise Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI US Government Security Clearance Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Program Management 8 years combined experience with private sector and Government projects Briefing Military/Government DoD/Air Force MILCON policy knowledge
Requirement Identification Project Programming Global Comp:
$120,000- $155,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
