Programmer Analyst

Marketing Communication Resource is a leading printing and direct mailing company specializing in high-quality marketing materials, print solutions, and direct mail services. Our team is dedicated to helping businesses effectively reach their target audience with innovative, cost-efficient, and creative solutions. Responsible for programming and processing variable data files, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of print and mail jobs.

Responsibilities:

Manipulate and format data from multiple sources to meet project specifications. Ensure all output files meet quality and postal standards. Coordinate with project managers to verify job requirements and ensure successful file hand off. Maintain documentation of data workflows, job specs, and programming logic for repeatability and compliance. Identify and resolve data or file issues quickly and accurately. Support ongoing process improvements and automation initiatives. Responsible for programming and processing variable data files, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of print and mail jobs. May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Minimum Requirements :

Associate of Applied Business in Business Technology or a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. No work experience required.

Ability to identify patterns in data for data transformation. Ability to identify workflow processes and understand them. Ability to deal with ambiguity and rapid change. Ability to deal with and balance multiple priorities. Highly self-motivated and delivery-focused. Actively promotes a positive team spirit, builds networks to enhance effectiveness and share knowledge.
