This is a full-time evaluation to hire position on a day shift. There is great opportunity to learn and build skills in this position.

What you will be doing:

Program welders according to blueprint specifications. Programming is done with controller and is point to point. Additional parameters (Speed, Distance, Weld On/Off) are also added with the controller. Setup fixtures to hold parts. This position is responsible for programming Motoman, Fanuc, and/or Yakasawa robotic welders. Proof programs, make adjustments, and perform quality checks on finished work.

Required Key Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of robotic welding programming experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with robotic systems such as FANUC, Motoman/Yaskawa Ability to read blueprints. Experience troubleshooting robotic and automated manufacturing equipment. Familiarity with welding/fabricating and/or programming preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Written and verbal communication Physical Requirements and Work Environment Fabrication shop environment with moderate noise Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Ability to see, hear, and use hands to program machines Ability to stand, walk, bend, for up to 8 hours a day.
