Programmer / Set up Tech I

Monday•Friday 7am•3:30pm (Alternate shift available) Overtime may be required.

We are seeking high performance team members with a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude. Responsibilities Create a variety of set ups, work holding, and programs for production parts and prototype parts. Read G codes, edit programs and create new programs.

Support Production Teams in:

Operating specific machines during machine production; loading and unloading material or parts from the machine; and making minor adjustments to the machine controls. Use and read measuring tools. Understand and follow technical drawings. Perform machine maintenance and repair. Responsible for checking completed parts to meet KEITH Quality Control Standards. Other duties may be assigned. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. Minimum 1-year experience. Entry level programming and set up knowledge. Proficient in reading G code. Proficient in reading tape measure, level, square, calipers and precision measuring tools. Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.) Pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug test. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future. Physical requirements Able to stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time. Lift 25 lbs. repetitively and up to 60 lbs. Production facility exposed to continual machine noise.
