Full Job Description Position:
CADD Technician /
CADD Programmer Pay Rate:
$26.75+ (Pay based on prior experience)
Shift:
Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)
Location:
Pittsburgh, PA Join a dynamic team as a CADD Technician / CADD Programmer and play a critical role in transforming innovative designs into precise, high-quality fabricated parts. Located in Pittsburgh, PA, this position offers the chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment within a forward-thinking manufacturing environment. As a key contributor, you'll leverage your technical expertise to ensure seamless production processes and support long-term growth within the organization.
Required Skills:
1-3 years of drafting or programming experience in AUTOCAD (Your coursework from a technical school counts!) Proficiency with AUTOCAD 2D, including interpreting manufacturer drawings Hands-on experience with SAP and handling print files such as .DXF and .DWG Strong aptitude for building spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of material inventory management and nesting software Ability to effectively split time between office (75%) and production floor (25%) Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with AutoCAD CAM software Familiarity with additional software platforms or advanced nesting tools Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
Technical training or certifications related to programming or manufacturing technology 1-2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting
Other Requirements:
