Full Job Description Data Programmer Location:
Fort Worth, Texas (Hybrid/Remote)

PM Onsite Requirement:
Required onsite during onboarding and training period (approximately 2 months)
Compensation:
$60,000
  • 70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications Position Overview The Data Programmer is responsible for database setup, processing large datasets, developing automation scripts, and ensuring data accuracy for print and mailing campaigns.
This role plays a key part in supporting efficient production operations and maintaining compliance with postal and client requirements. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders, responding to requests with URGENCY and professionalism.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize databases using tools such as C++, VB/VBA, SQL, Microsoft Access or similar systems.
  • Process, manipulate, and validate large datasets to support print and mailing campaigns.
  • Apply postal regulations and mailing standards to ensure compliance and optimize mailing costs.
  • Utilize postal presort software such as BCC Software, Bulk Mailer, First Logic, or equivalent platforms.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automation scripts.
  • Generate reports, analyze data, and support production operations using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Implement database best practices to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and security. Qualifications Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional internal customer service and prioritize and respond to time-sensitive requests with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Advanced knowledge of database design, management, and best practices.
  • Strong experience with SQL, VBA, Microsoft Access, PowerShell and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through electronic communications. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with postal presort software such as BCC Software, Bulk Mailer, First Logic, or equivalent platforms.
  • Knowledge of USPS postal regulations, mailing requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Experience working within commercial printing, direct mail, or marketing services environments. Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periods.
  • Ability to view and analyze detailed information on computer screens for prolonged durations.
  • Ability to work in a production environment with moderate noise levels when onsite. Benefits
