E-Forms Developer / ECM Systems Programmer (Project Lead)
Location:
Cayce, SC - Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote per Week)
Duration:
12-Month Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced E-Forms Developer / ECM Systems Programmer to support enterprise initiatives focused on digital transformation and paperless workflows. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing electronic forms, automating workflows, and integrating with enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy electronic forms using enterprise E-Forms solutions Convert existing paper-based and legacy forms into digital formats Build automated workflows for routing, approvals, and digital signatures Integrate forms with enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency Collaborate with application development and ECM teams for seamless system integration Configure user access and permissions via Microsoft Active Directory Develop, test, debug, and maintain complex applications and workflows Monitor system performance, ensure uptime, and support disaster recovery processes Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshoot system issues Maintain system documentation for forms, workflows, and integrations Ensure compatibility across major web browsers Participate in system modernization and process improvement initiatives Adhere to IT standards, security policies, and compliance frameworks Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions Provide regular project updates and support project milestones Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Required Experience & Skills 3+ years of experience in E-Forms design, workflow automation, and processing 3+ years of experience administering E-Forms systems Experience with electronic document formats and document lifecycle processes Experience with document import, setup, and workflow integration into EDM systems Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (user access and permissions) Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database concepts Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with OpenText LiquidOffice (E-Forms) Experience with OpenText ApplicationXtender (EDM systems) Additional Expectations Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Flexibility to support deployments outside standard business hours when required Commitment to security, compliance, and best practices in application development Work Environment Hybrid work model with required onsite presence Collaborative team environment working with IT, ECM, and business stakeholders Opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives For more details reach at .
