Bachelor's Degree Role:
Support program planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to support solution delivery. Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple initiatives. Support Agile ceremonies, backlog management, testing, and deployment activities. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging ServiceNow capabilities. Develop reports, presentations, and program documentation for leadership and project teams.
