JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Program Analyst at Visa, you will support complex, multi-disciplinary programs for the DPS Program Management team. You will work with stakeholders plan to requirements and guide programs through the entire lifecycle considering all stakeholder inputs across different functions. This includes monitoring project schedules and working with stakeholders to ensure that multiple, simultaneous projects are working together to drive to the success of an entire program. You will also be supporting project stakeholders in identifying risks and bottle necks and using your influence to alleviate those roadblocks. You will be responsible for the execution and delivery through completion, for a program. Programs can often span office locations and time zones, and your responsibility will be to keep all stakeholders coordinated on the program's status, milestones and deadlines. The person filling this position will be responsible and accountable for coordinating activities and communicating status of projects related to new products, features and services that drive client satisfaction, differentiate the Visa DPS product offering, and drive Visa DPS Service revenues. Essential Functions Will plan, execute, and deliver projects through completion for a product or program Independently manage a range of projects and initiatives, providing structure through the full lifecycle Lead a cross functional team consisting of individual contributors and managers who are conceptualizing, rationalizing, and driving multiple simultaneous projects Work with variety of stakeholders to manage scope, secure support and resources for execution, and deploy processes that improve day-to-day operations Reconcile competing priorities, utilize synergies, align complementary initiatives, and build coalitions among cross-functional partners Work through challenges, identify bottlenecks and dependencies, and unblock teams for execution Work daily with cross functional teams to gather and communicate clear and concise project status, progress, milestones, deliverables, outcomes, and lessons learned to all applicable parties Demonstrates Visa Leadership principles This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) Preferred Qualifications • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) 2-3+ years of experience in the payments industry (e.g. payment processing, acquiring, payment technology provider, payment brand etc.) 2-3+ years of experience in business program/project management Proficiency with linear software development life cycles and software development methodologies such as Agile (SAFe) and waterfall. Excellent communications skills, both oral and written. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management. Aptitude to collaborate with cross functional teams to build robust, reliable and scalable payment solutions Aptitude for understanding, digesting and analyzing complex systems integration. Strong facilitation skills. Must be able to elicit requirements and milestones from various personalities across organizational and geographical boundaries. Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks. Ability to work some flexible hours due to varying time zones across Visa's regions. Knowledge in issuer processing technology or solutions U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this position is $89,200.00 to $ 138,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.

Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
