Senior IT Programmer wanted in Moore, South Carolina to lead and support all JIT/JIS and Batch manufacturing activities utilizing MagJIS, including the development of MagJIS Dashboards, WorkFlowDesigner, and MagJIS Blind Station. Lead and support the integration between the ASRS (SCS) and Andon systems with the MES (MagJIS) system, adhering to all MagJIS standards & Templates. Create and configure new lines from scratch for MagJIS, as well as Custom Extensions. Support the IBM MQ system and perform troubleshooting for all problems that may arise in MagJIS. Lead and support the Smoothing and job spacing process for MagJIS. Manage documentation for all changes to the MagJIS and SCS systems, and implement changes as needed. Support BMW JIT broadcast (5000 and 5300). Facilitate employee training and transfer proprietary MagJIS knowledge through training. Create new stations as well as new requirements for workflow within MagJIS. Support the routing of pallets through the integration between the MagJIS and PLC systems, and support rework stations within MagJIS. Lead and support the integration between the SKA360 system and MagJIS, as well as MagJIS and Keyence equipment and cameras, Gesipa equipment, Doosan equipment, Sick equipment, and RFID technology. Support CCC label (China Compulsory Certification). Integrate and support MagJIS with Torque Controllers and Remes Testers. Demonstrate proficiency in other programming and technologies including: Stanley Rivet OpenProtocol Driver, Rear Plastics Kitting, SA/BL seats, customer Part family groups and TOD. Demonstrate high knowledge of the integration between SAP and MagJIS, as well as other processes including: PN# (BOM), JIT Module, WMS, Idocs, and ASN (Advance Shipping Notice).Support all IT audits including:
TISAX, SOX, IATF, etc. Develop and refine manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste for automotive seating manufacturing; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues for automotive seating manufacturing; support new automotive seating product introductions by designing scalable and efficient production methods; utilize tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and statistical process control (SPC); and, collaborate with automation and MES teams to integrate smart technologies into production lines and perform other duties as necessary. Requires 24 months of related experience as a Senior IT Programmer, MES Specialist, MES Analyst or Process Engineer. The related experience must include develop and refine manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste for automotive seating manufacturing; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues for automotive seating manufacturing; support new automotive seating product introductions by designing scalable and efficient production methods; utilize tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and statistical process control (SPC); and, collaborate with automation and MES teams to integrate smart technologies into production lines.8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; M-F, $122,400.00 per year.
