Full-Time Skillforce is seeking a highly skilled Robotic Welder programmer. . The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of robotics, robot programming, and manufacturing system s, contributing to the continuous improvement of automated welding operations. Skills Proven experience programming Fanuc robots in a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of robotics integration. Solid mechanical knowledge related to tooling, machining, schematics, blueprint reading, and mechanical assembly. Proficiency in robot programming languages and software tools used for automation control systems. Familiarity with vision inspection systems and their integration into robotic welding processes. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles aimed at maximizing efficiency while minimizing waste. Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system documentation. Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD/CAM software for designing mechanical components or tooling fixtures. Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex automation issues. Effective communication skills for collaborating across multidisciplinary teams within a manufacturing setting.
