The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing and test engineering environments, with a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing assembled PCB boards. This role involves conducting testing procedures, debugging electronic systems, and collaborating with engineers to improve our testing processes. We have one full-time positions available: one for the day shift and one for the night shift. When applying, please specify which shift you are interested in. Key Responsibilities Conduct testing procedures on electronic components and systems. Troubleshoot and debug electronic circuits and systems. Perform PCB inspections and rework as needed. Maintain accurate records of test results and procedures. Collaborate with engineers to improve testing processes. Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in equipment maintenance.
Qualifications & Experience Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a minimum of 5 years of experience testing assembled PCB boards.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience debugging and troubleshooting PCB assembled boards. Experience with measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and power supplies. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electronic schematic diagrams. Experience using hand tools for fabrication and maintenance. Basic knowledge of flying probe test technology (Takaya is preferred).
Skills:
Strong debugging skills to efficiently identify and resolve issues. Proficient with PC software and programming. High technical communication skills. Highly motivated to cross-train for other test duties, such as X-Ray and AOI testing.
Citizenship:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

PM Work Location:
In person at our Garland, TX 75041 facility. Relocation is required before starting work.
