IMA360 Inc. has openings for the position of Lead Programmer, which requires a Bachelor of science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics), Computer Science or equivalent, with five years of progressive experience as a Systems Manager, Business Analyst or Programmer doing Software Design, Development and Product Innovation.
Duties:
Identify, correct, and validate program errors by implementing appropriate changes and re-testing to ensure intended functionality and results. Prepare and maintain documentation for program development and subsequent revisions, including inserting comments within code to ensure clarity and understanding for other users and developers. Work on major software releases for IMA360 add-on software for SAP S4HANA and ECC software. Work with customers to do fit gap analysis by analyzing current business processes. Identify the business process flows and map to the IMA360 software (Incentives and SAP). Collaborate with DevOps team to resolve software deployment issues. Work with managerial, engineering, and technical staff to define program requirements, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions. Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance. Full time-40 hrs./week. M-F.
