Transaction Server and z/OS environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring system stability, supporting modernization initiatives, and enabling operational resilience. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain CICS environments in production, ensuring stability and performance Manage CICS regions including Application Owning Region (AOR) and Work Owning Region (WOR) Perform system-level programming tasks, including configuration, tuning, and maintenance Contribute to high availability initiatives, including LPAR failover capabilities Support future CICSplex implementation for multi-LPAR load balancing Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and runbook updates Collaborate with infrastructure teams including storage, middleware, and disaster recovery Perform installation, upgrades, and maintenance using SMP/E Support and integrate IBM MQ within CICS environments as needed Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system issues Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to support team continuity Required Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience as a CICS Systems Programmer in enterprise environments Expert-level knowledge of
