Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Vision Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing and cabinetry team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing CNC (Computer Numerical Control) programs using Cabinet Vision software to ensure precise and efficient production of custom cabinetry and millwork. Your expertise will directly contribute to streamlining our manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and delivering high-quality products to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about woodworking technology, fabrication, and innovative manufacturing solutions. Duties Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs within Cabinet Vision software to meet project specifications and production standards Collaborate with design teams to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate program creation Optimize CNC code for efficiency, accuracy, and safety in the manufacturing process Conduct test runs of CNC programs on machinery, making adjustments as needed to ensure flawless operation Maintain detailed documentation of programming procedures, revisions, and machine settings Assist with setup and calibration of CNC equipment for various cabinetry projects Work closely with carpentry, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure seamless integration of programmed components into the production workflow Skills Proficiency in Cabinet Vision software for programming and design customization Strong understanding of woodworking machinery, CNC operations, and automation technology Experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Knowledge of construction estimating, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and general construction practices Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, metal stud framing, drywall installation, fixture installation, roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical experience, plumbing, masonry, remodeling and restoration industry standards Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams related to cabinetry fabrication and installation Skilled in fabrication techniques including rebar installation, concrete forming, plastering, stucco application, caulking and water damage restoration Experience with CNC programming languages such as G-code or M-code is a plus Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot programming issues quickly Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Cabinet Vision Programmer if you're eager to leverage your technical expertise in a vibrant setting where innovation meets craftsmanship.
