The successful candidate will conduct processes and procedures as required by the program office.

Position Responsibilities:

Communicate via telephone and e-mail with high-level officials throughout the agency, District offices, and other contract affiliates Research and provide accurate information on matters necessary to carry out the program policies Compile and enter data on purchases for the courts in support of the security team Communicate with Vendors as equipment and consumables are purchased and delivered to the site Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills when faced with an issue and work independently

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Experience with entering, retrieving, and maintaining data in specific databases Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees and outside sources Advance knowledge of the

Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications :

Superior Microsoft Excel experience
