Key Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing support to the Program Manager Coordinating meetings, monitoring follow ups and program milestones Tracking Program Activities including: deliverables, reporting timeline, and developing reports Support the overall program execution All other business operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related technical field 4+ years of project management experience Top Secret Clearance Experience in a Research and Development environment. Demonstrated creativity, foresight, professionalism, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving financial, business, administrative, or program management problems. Demonstrated experience in at least two (2) of the following: A) developing, organizing, forecasting, and maintaining financial budgets and tracking financial milestones; B) creating and coordinating budget and acquisition documents; C) organizing meetings; developing briefings to technical and non-technical audiences; D) knowledge of DoW policies and regulations; and E) experience interacting with multiple internal and external personnel while demonstrating excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills on a daily basis. Demonstrated proficiency using modern PC computer techniques, systems, and tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel.
