JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for understanding the end to end MDM (Master Data Management) data architecture, how the data flows and is leveraged within business processes. Provide daily support of Oracle

UCM / MDM

(Universal Customer Master) solution and help to refine and enhance it. Manage and design solutions to expose UCM master data to external partners via SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and Web Services technologies. Perform Enterprise application development using Siebel Tools to further configure business components, applets, views and screens to meet the business data steward needs. Full understanding of the business data related to our Oracle Universal Customer Hub/MDM and the related business processes that use this data. Capture and Execute business requirements, provide recommended solutions, plus design and implement selected solutions. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US required. Utilize the following tools and technologies: Microsoft SQL Server 2005, Oracle RDBMS 10g, Java, C++, C#, .NET, Siebel CRM v. 7.8, Siebel Tools, Siebel Scripting, PL/SQL.

SPECIAL SKILLS

: Position requires a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science or Engineering and six months experience. Six (6) months experience must have included (1) Microsoft SQL Server 2005, (2) Oracle RDBMS 10g, (3) Java, (4) C++, (5) C#, (6) .NET, (7) Siebel CRM v. 7.8, (8) Siebel Tools, (9) Siebel Scripting, (10) PL/SQL. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US required.
