$75,000 - $90,000 per year Job Details - About the Role We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welding Programmer to support and optimize automated welding operations within a manufacturing environment. This is a technical, engineering-focused role responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and improving robotic weld processes. This is not an operator position. The ideal candidate will bring strong programming experience, a deep understanding of weld processes, and the ability to work with engineering and production teams to drive efficiency and quality improvements. Responsibilities Program, configure, and optimize robotic welding systems, with a preference for ABB robots Support robotic weld cell setup, operation, and continuous improvement initiatives Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to robotic welding processes and equipment Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve weld quality and efficiency Utilize 3D CAD software to support fixture design, programming, and process development Analyze weld performance and implement process improvements to increase throughput and consistency Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards within all robotic welding operations Qualifications Welding certification, technical degree, or equivalent hands-on experience Proven experience with robotic weld cell operation and programming Experience with ABB robotic welding systems preferred Proficiency in 3D CAD software, with a preference for Inventor Strong understanding of welding processes, materials, and fabrication techniques Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automated manufacturing systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail A bit about us: - We are a well-established manufacturing organization known for delivering high-quality, engineered products to a diverse customer base.
