Robotic Welding Programmer Wage:
Based on Experience Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions has a great opportunity available for a Robotic Welding Programmer at a company in Beloit, WI. This is a direct hire position. Apply now!Robotic Welding Programmer Responsibilities:
- Programs, optimizes, and maintains robotic welding systems for stainless steel tank components, including shells, heads, nozzles, and attachments
- Develops and adjusts weld paths, parameters, and sequences to meet ASME, sanitary, and customer quality requirements for stainless steel fabrication
- Collaborates with engineering, quality, and production teams to troubleshoot weld defects, improve cycle times, and ensure repeatable weld quality
- Sets up fixtures, performs robot teach?ins, and supports new product introductions and design changes on the shop floor
- Conducts routine testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities to enhance weld performance, reduce rework, and improve safety Requirements for
Robotic Welding Programmer:
- Welding certificate, technical degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience with robotic weld cell operation
- Robotic weld programming experience (ABB preferred)
- 3D CAD experience (Inventor preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
