Job Description

BAS Programmer / Controls Engineer Greater Milwaukee Area Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a stable, forward-thinking team where your BAS programming skills are valued and your growth is supported? This long-term role offers a chance to take ownership of meaningful building automation projects—programming, integrating, and commissioning control systems across commercial and industrial spaces. What You'll Do:
Program and commission BAS systems using Niagara N4/AX , BACnet , Spyder & CIPer , LON , etc. Build, optimize, and troubleshoot sequences of operation Collaborate with project managers, field techs, and engineers Support integration and testing of HVAC controls systems Provide documentation and technical support as needed
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in BAS programming or controls engineering Proficiency with Niagara, BACnet, LON, or similar platforms Understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical integration Field experience with commissioning and troubleshooting is a plus Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset If you're ready to take the next step in your BAS career and want to be part of a company that truly values what you bring to the table, I'd love to connect and share more.
