Proven experience machining aluminum alloys, copper, brass, and stainless steel variants to tight tolerances. Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or Okuma controls, including the ability to edit G-code at the control. Exceptional ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics, and full GD&T callouts. High-level proficiency with precision measurement instruments, in-process gauging, or probing routines. Experience with Lean manufacturing practices, 5S, and standard work development is highly preferred. Why Join the Urban Team? We believe in taking care of the people who take care of our customers.
