Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related technical discipline required Overview We are seeking a Computer Scientist 2 to support the SAS Mobile Team on the
SANDLOTBEAST
contract. This position focuses on native Android development, low-level software engineering, and embedded mobile development within a highly technical cyber operations environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in C development, native Android systems, and embedded technologies supporting mission-focused mobile capabilities. This is a hands-on engineering role supporting advanced mobile development initiatives within a secure environment. Key Responsibilities Support development efforts focused on native Android applications and mobile capabilities Contribute to low-level software development and embedded system integration Develop and maintain software components in C within Android or embedded environments Support Bluetooth-related development and device communication capabilities Collaborate with engineering teams supporting mobile and cyber-focused initiatives Assist with testing, debugging, and technical problem resolution activities Required Skills Experience with native Android development Strong software development experience in C Embedded development experience Experience working with Bluetooth technologies and device communication Understanding of cybersecurity or Computer Network Operations (CNO) concepts Required Qualifications 5 years of total experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field Experience in software development or a closely related technical discipline Minimum of 2 years supporting cybersecurity or CNO-specific development efforts Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
