Job Description

We are a staffing agency hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based company, Field Services Network (FSN), seeking Desktop Support Level 2 professionals for fast-paced IT environments.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux; resolve hardware, software, VPN, and network issues; support Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira; deliver Tier 2 user support.
What You Need:
Proven Desktop/IT Support experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
