Job Description

Our company works in both the IT Support and Programming/Development fields. We support and build infrastructure, networks, and programs. We support companies with all of their IT (hardware and software) needs. We are looking for an honest, motivated, and friendly person to help us meet the growing IT support and consulting needs for our clients. Must have solid communication (both verbal and written) skills, be well organized, and be willing to work with and talk to others. We do deal with people on a daily basis as we try to assist them with issues, so you have to be able to speak professionally and not be afraid of the phone. Candidates should be committed to completing tasks and possess the ability to handle multiple projects. Basic hardware and software knowledge and troubleshooting skills are also required. We can mostly teach IT skills, but we want someone to come in with a strong work ethic and willingness to problem solve using critical thinking. A general programming knowledge will edge a candidate out over others but is not required. A high aptitude and interest in the IT field with an intrinsic motivation to learn technology and improve skills is welcome.
Our general projects require:
knowledge of computers and systems knowledge of networking and connectivity problem solving to address technical issues planning and strategy critical thinking careful documentation communication This job may not be limited exclusively to support and can include programming and/or other IT related roles depending on skillset. Any hire will assist with remote and on-site support, take phone calls, and answer trouble tickets.
