IBM Content Collector / FileNet Engineer

Job Summary The IBM Content Collector / FileNet Engineer will be responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise content management platforms during a critical migration initiative. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and integration of FileNet and related systems while supporting content migration and workflow processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with IBM Content Collector, FileNet, and enterprise content workflows. Key Responsibilities Support and administer IBM Content Collector (ICC) across enterprise workflows Maintain and support IBM FileNet environments Ensure proper routing and processing of content through workflow systems Support content migration initiatives to modern platforms such as Microsoft 365 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system stability and performance Troubleshoot issues related to content ingestion, processing, and delivery Manage and support large-scale data environments with high reliability requirements Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration efforts Ensure adherence to operational standards and best practices Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with IBM Content Collector (ICC) Strong experience with IBM FileNet engineering or development Experience supporting workflow-driven content management systems Experience working with large-scale data environments Exposure to Microsoft 365 Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with FileNet containerization Systems engineering background Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare or insurance
