The LT PM Support Supervisor should understand of a variety of administrative duties including enrollment of units in PM tracking system, maintaining any needed changes in PM tracking system, opening of PM SCNs, and other duties not specified. Essential Responsibilities & Expectations Lead PM Support Clerks to follow all standard operating procedures. Conduct performance reviews timely and accurately. Create development and training plans for employees. Enroll units into PM scheduling system as needed. Modify enrollments in PM scheduling system as needed. Open scheduled PM calls for supported branches. Qualifications Education High school diploma or the equivalent required. Experience Experience using personal computers including Microsoft Word and Excel and basic typing skills are required for this position. Must possess or demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire the following required Skills and Competencies. Communication and organizational skills are critical to be successful in this position. Exposure to physical risk and all-weather conditions is associated with this position. Standing on hard surfaces for extended periods of time is often required.
