Role:

Take ownership of complex, hands-on IT deployments across diverse environments. As a Sr. IT Field Services Technician with our client, you'll lead installations, troubleshoot critical systems, and help build a growing field services team from the ground up. This role blends technical depth with leadership, supporting real-world operations where reliability and execution matter most.

What You'll Do:

Install, configure, and support IT systems across field locations Troubleshoot network, system, and hardware issues onsite Lead technical deployments and infrastructure projects Maintain inventory, documentation, and service records Support virtualization, networking, and endpoint environments Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project execution Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to field technicians

What You'll Bring:

Strong experience across networking (Cisco/Meraki), systems, and virtualization Ability to lead projects and mentor team members Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based work Clean driving record required Experience working in industrial or safety-conscious environments (OSHA awareness a plus)
