Job Description:
Join our team as an Infrastructure Analyst and play a vital role in enhancing our IT infrastructure. If you're passionate about technology and eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Configure, deploy, and support site infrastructure, including workstations, laptops, and printers. Provide software support for Windows OS, Office suites, and Linux environments. Troubleshoot and maintain Active Directory in a complex environment. Collaborate with multiple support teams to ensure efficient client and business support. Maintain dashboards for IT work tickets, vulnerabilities, and site performance metrics. Skills High School Diploma/GED or higher. Five years of experience in Information Technology, especially in a manufacturing or government setting. Strong knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft PCs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork. Preferred Skills Experience with Linux systems and digital transcription. Familiarity with Cisco VOIP support for telecommunication systems. Ten or more years of overall IT experience. Knowledge of best practices in IT infrastructure management.
