The Opportunity:

This opportunity places you at the heart of IT operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment, supporting SAP systems critical to plant and office workflow. As an IT Specialist, you'll ensure vital business operations run smoothly, providing hands-on SAP support and collaborating across departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-line end-user support for SAP SD, MM, PP, and FICO modules including troubleshooting and resolution of system issues. Monitor SAP system performance daily and coordinate with support teams to maintain system stability and uptime. Deliver user training sessions, create support documentation, and promote best SAP practices across the organization. Resolve general IT and operational issues impacting manufacturing and office users, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Support installation, configuration, and relocation of IT equipment; maintain IT inventory and update ticketing systems. Assist with SAP updates, patches, and system enhancements, including participation in system testing and implementation projects. Ensure compliance with SAP usage and data security policies; maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times. Collaborate with IT teams, SAP consultants, and end users to resolve issues and identify process improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

1-3 years of experience in SAP end-user support or a related IT support role. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or

SAP ECC 6.0.

Strong troubleshooting, user support, and documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with EDI transactions (850, 810, 856, 820, 830, 862, 824). Familiarity with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and OpenText B2B solutions. Direct exposure to manufacturing or automotive industries. Involvement in SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
