Job Overview:

The L3 Support Tech Deskside role involves providing advanced technical support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and resolving complex technical issues. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of IT systems and hardware.

Responsibilities:

Provide Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless system operations. Document technical issues and solutions for future reference. Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software. Train and mentor junior support staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a Level 3 technical support role or similar position. Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

Pay Range:
