Location:
On-site - Mobile, AL (shipyard + onboard vessels) Position Summary NetSEA Technologies is seeking an experienced TSM Administrator to manage deficiency tracking systems supporting construction and trials, ensuring accurate tracking of trial cards, corrective actions, and system deficiencies from creation through closure.
Roles / Responsibilities
Deficiency Management Manage TSM and ETC systems for tracking deficiencies Support surveillance, inspections, and corrective action tracking Trial Support (Critical Role) Support dock trials, builder's trials, and INSURV Maintain deployable network (up to 20 systems) for trial execution Generate trial card reports and metrics System Administration Maintain ship-specific deficiency databases Support screening, validation, and closure of deficiency records Requirements Mandatory Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years experience Security+ Certification (REQUIRED) Experience with TSM system and ETC tool Knowledge of ship construction deficiency tracking processes Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting INSURV or naval ship trials Knowledge of ATO requirements
