This role is essential to ensuring that all deficiencies identified during dockside and sea trial events are accurately documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner. Operating within a dynamic shipyard and operational testing environment, the specialist administers the Technical Support Management (TSM) system and supports Engineering Change Tracking (ETC) processes. The role requires direct interaction with engineers, shipbuilders, and program personnel to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues. In addition to system administration, the specialist supports trial events by maintaining deployable IT infrastructure and ensuring data integrity during high-tempo operations. This role is critical to maintaining visibility into system performance and ensuring successful cutter delivery. Key Responsibilities Administer TSM system and manage deficiency recordsTrack Engineering Change Tracking (ETC) and trial cards Support dockside and sea trial events Maintain deployable LAN environment for testing Generate reports and track resolution of deficiencies Coordinate with engineers and shipbuilder personnel Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience with TSM or similar systems Knowledge of testing and trial processes Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills CompTIA Security+ certification (required) Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain Preferred Qualifications Shipbuilding or maritime experience Experience supporting trial events Familiarity with USCG or Navy systemsSimilar remote jobs
