Qualifying Experience:
In addition to meeting the basic requirement, applicants must possess qualifying experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe least one year of experience th demonstres the competencies necessary for immedie success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, th would be considered equivalent to work normally performed the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: E xperience providing technical support to customers on hardware and software issues in accordance with organizional processes, experience providing technical guidance, advice, and support in troubleshooting issues and resolving complex problems internal and external customers, AND experience developing and managing customer performance requirements and customer support policies and proceduresVolunteer Experience:
