U.S. Citizenship required Summary/Objective Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. Essential Functions Assists in ensuring availability, accessibility, and usability of Information Technology (IT) hardware and software for IT enterprise Responds to PC users' requests for assistance - primarily by telephone and e-mail messages - with hardware, applications or software either locally installed or network-based, and network connectivity in person or telephonically; troubleshoot, resolve or escalate to higher-level for resolution Installs software on personal computers (PCs) Performs routine maintenance of PC hardware and software Prepares new PCs for use, and previously used PCs for reuse Administers PC users' IT, including ensuring compliance with security requirements Required Education and Experience HS/GED Experience with computer components, Windows operating systems, and software Ability to troubleshoot IT problems and apply known solutions Must meet baseline certification requirements in accordance with DoD 8570 IAT-I category or higher
