Job Description
Please note: This position is temporary and will end July 17, 2026. The Temporary Test Support Specialist position in the Technology and Assessment office provides operational and technical support to ensure the efficient administration of testing services. Responsibilities include maintaining daily office operations, such as filing, assisting visitors, answering phones, and supporting academic placement exam processes. The position also assists with basic computer-related tasks, including word processing, database management, and spreadsheets, as well as other duties as assigned. As needed, the specialist supports computer lab operations by assisting users with hardware and software, including Windows 11 and Microsoft Office; troubleshooting and updating systems; monitoring printers; and maintaining an environment conducive to student success. Minimum Qualifications 1. High School diploma or equivalent. 2.
