You'll be embedded inside a major automotive manufacturing environment where every minute of uptime matters. When production systems fail, you're the one stepping in to get things running again—fast. You'll work across both office and plant-floor environments, supporting everything from executive laptops to production-critical systems like barcode scanners and shop-floor terminals. Trusted to respond and resolve issues in high-pressure situations Growth potential: Build experience in a specialized, high-demand IT niche What You'll Be Doing Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across office and plant-floor systems Support production-critical devices including RF scanners, barcode printers, and shop terminals Deploy and image Windows 10/11 systems using enterprise tools (SCCM, MDT, Autopilot) Maintain and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD environments Configure and troubleshoot network printers and TCP/IP connectivity Deliver white-glove support to executives and plant leadership Respond rapidly to production-impacting incidents on the floor Collaborate with OT and network teams for escalations and root-cause analysis Manage IT asset lifecycle from provisioning to decommissioning Document all work and maintain SLA performance in ticketing systems
What We're Looking For Required:
3+ years of enterprise deskside/desktop support (500+ users) Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and deployment experience Active Directory (user/group management, GPOs) Experience with SCCM, MDT, Intune, or similar tools Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with PPE Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical users Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate large facilities
Preferred:
