Our team works closely with businesses throughout Northwest Arkansas and beyond to provide responsive IT support, cybersecurity protection, proactive maintenance, and strategic technology guidance. We are looking for a Service Desk Technician who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates well under pressure, and takes ownership of problems from start to finish. What You'll Do As a Service Desk Technician, you'll be the front line of support for our clients. You'll work closely with our Service Desk Coordinator and engineering team to resolve issues quickly while delivering an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system Troubleshoot Windows & Mac workstations, Microsoft 365, printers, networking, VoIP, and general business IT issues Provide remote support to end users Escalate issues appropriately when needed Maintain accurate and timely ticket documentation Follow CCS ticketing and escalation procedures Assist with workstation deployments, onboarding/offboarding users, and basic server/network support Help maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up Participate in after-hours on-call rotation when scheduled Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client experience What We're Looking For Required Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Basic understanding of: Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 Networking fundamentals Printers and business applications Ability to multitask and stay organized Ability to work independently while following processes Strong troubleshooting mindset Professional phone and email communication Bonus Points If You Have Experience With Managed Service Providers (MSPs) ConnectWise, Autotask, or other PSA tools RMM platforms Cybersecurity tools VoIP systems Microsoft Entra / Azure AD Firewall management What Success Looks Like Fast and professional communication with clients Tickets updated consistently and accurately Issues resolved efficiently or escalated appropriately Positive client feedback Strong teamwork and accountability Commitment to learning and improvement Why CCS?
