Join Druid City Infusion — part of the Vital Care Infusion Services network! We're a rapidly growing home and alternate-site infusion therapy provider delivering compassionate, high-quality care for acute and chronic conditions right in patients' homes or local clinics. We support infusion therapy programs across multiple states , including Colorado, Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, South Carolina, Louisiana, Tennessee, Montana and beyond through the broader Vital Care network. Technical Support Analyst About the Role We're hiring a Technical Support Analyst to join our IT team. This role combines front-line technical support with the opportunity to build automation solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Automate. If you enjoy solving user issues and improving how IT operates through automation, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in cloud, identity management, and security. Why This Role Grow your career in M365, automation, and security Gain hands-on experience with cloud identity (Entra ID) Help modernize IT operations through automation Make a direct impact on user experience and efficiency What You'll Do Provide IT support (devices, M365 apps, access issues) Manage user accounts and access in Entra ID (Azure AD) Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, Lists) Build and maintain Power Automate workflows Assist with endpoint support, basic networking, and system health Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (procurement, deployment, tracking, refresh, and disposal) Follow security best practices and support compliance efforts
Qualifications:
3-5 years of help desk or IT support experience Experience with Microsoft 365 Understanding of IAM (MFA, permissions, provisioning, and SSO) Experience with or interest in Power Automate / automation Basic networking knowledge (VPN, DNS, TCP/IP) Exposure to cloud based (VoiP) phone systems and call routing Fortinet firewalls, switches, and access points experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods (6-8+ hours per day) Frequent computer use, including typing and mouse operation Ability to view computer screens for long durations (with or without corrective lenses) Basic mobility, including walking between work areas and occasional standing Ability to bend, stoop, or crawl to access equipment (e.g., under desks, behind workstations) Capability to lift and carry equipment, typically: Up to 50 lbs occasionally (especially in support, network, or data center roles) Ability to reach and work in tight or confined spaces (e.g., server racks, wiring areas) Good manual dexterity for handling cables, hardware components, and small tools Ability to stand for extended periods (more common in hardware or data center roles) Capability to climb ladders or step stools when installing or troubleshooting equipment Commitment to Diversity and Inclusivity Druid City Vital Care is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
