The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, software, and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and software inventory Train staff on new technologies and software as needed Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning properly Respond to IT emergencies outside of regular business hours, as needed
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems Familiarity with network security and data backup procedures Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
