Perform basic network configuration changes as instructed, such as VLAN creation, port setting adjustment, and related configuration documentation. Assist with deployment and maintenance of cybersecurity tools, including EDR/AV agents, log collectors, vulnerability scan agents, and endpoint/server reporting status. Review security dashboards and alert lists for firewalls, WAF, EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanning, email protection, and SIEM/log systems according to SOPs. Support ISO and compliance-related IT activities, including account lifecycle records, backup/restore testing records, change management evidence, access logs, and system screenshots. Assist with routine audit preparation by organizing access records, change logs, backup reports, operation screenshots, and other required IT evidence. Export account, group, and permission lists on a scheduled basis, flag unusual or non-compliant items, and submit findings to the Senior IT Engineer for review. Follow incident response procedures by registering incidents, documenting initial information, notifying assigned contacts, and executing standard actions based on approved playbooks. Collect incident-related evidence, including logs, SIEM events, EDR alerts, packet captures, system screenshots, and timelines under Senior IT Engineer guidance. Maintain IT asset records, including servers, network equipment, endpoint devices, and related IT equipment.
