Job Overview:

We are seeking a Desktop Deployment Technician to support a large-scale PC refresh and IT support initiative . This role involves hands-on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops and laptops in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform desktop/laptop imaging and deployment Set up and configure workstations and peripherals Handle hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements Provide onsite technical support to end users Troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues Track and manage IT asset inventory Support PC refresh activities and rollout schedules Ensure proper documentation of deployment activities

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of desktop support or deployment experience Strong experience with Windows OS deployment and hardware setup Hands-on experience with tools such as: SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Microsoft Intune MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) (at least one required) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume deployment environment Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within

Maricopa County Preferred Qualifications:
