$25- 32/hour Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to support end users and IT infrastructure in a fast-paced onsite environment.
This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, deploying systems, supporting business applications, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Provide technical support via phone, email, and walk-ups; resolve issues in a timely manner Install, configure, and support business applications and operating systems Set up and deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues Maintain and track IT inventory in accordance with asset management standards Support printers, copiers, fax machines, and multifunction devices Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance Assist with mobile device support (iOS and Android) and phone systems Train end users on hardware and software functionality Document issues, resolutions, and service requests accurately Provide occasional travel support to other locations as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Skills 1-3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or help desk environments Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Mac OS, and mobile operating systems Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, connectivity, etc.) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service processes CompTIA A+ certification preferred Experience with Vista by Viewpoint is a plus Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
