What You Will Do:
This role is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. This includes support across platforms such as Active Directory, desktop environments, network hardware, and enterprise applications. The role ensures timely resolution of service tickets while delivering a high level of customer service to end users. In addition to traditional IT support responsibilities, this position leverages AI-enabled tools and automation to improve service efficiency, enhance troubleshooting accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making within the IT environment. What You Bring to
Trico:
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of one (1) year of experience providing technical support and problem resolution for computer systems and peripheral devices (e.g., laptops, printers). Working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and desktop applications. Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical users. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
