Block 23 What you'll do: As an IT Engineer III you'll demonstrate proficiency with particular tools and products responsible for supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, data or applications. You'll support senior engineers in the development and support activities as well as project tasks as directed and capable of working independently with minimal direction. As an IT Engineer III, you'll contribute in team dialogue and activities in a collaborative environment. Design, develop, and support applications and integrations supporting: Global Markets (FX platforms, trade finance, Interest rate hedging) Receivables ecosystem (lockbox, RDC, merchant services, integrated receivables) Deliver all assigned work aligned to sprint commitments and release timelines. Participate in solution design, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards . Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Configure and support infrastructure components (cloud, middleware, APIs). Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, software and hardware. Implement and configure new technologies to improve IT operations. Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of IT systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, SDLC Artifacts, and procedures. What you'll need: 3+ years of related experience in IT App Support, IT Development, or similar field. Bachelor's degree in related field required. Intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred. Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Intermediate to advanced organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Additional knowledgeable in governance patterns tied to intake, technical reviews and architectural compliance. Intermediate to advanced experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure), pipeline management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira, and working on/managing multiple projects simultaneously. Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
