Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician (Entry Level) to provide technical support and assist employees with basic computer and system-related issues. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting or growing a career in information technology. The IT Help Desk Technician will help troubleshoot common technical problems, support users, maintain equipment, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations. Training and guidance will be provided for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to employees and users Assist with computer, software, and hardware troubleshooting Respond to support requests and document solutions Set up and maintain computers, printers, and office equipment Assist with user accounts, passwords, and basic system access Install and update software as needed Escalate technical issues when additional support is required Maintain accurate records of IT support activities
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education is a plus Basic understanding of computers, networks, and software applications Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to learn new technology quickly Customer service mindset and professional attitude Previous IT support experience is helpful but not required
Schedule:
Full-Time Position Monday-Friday On-site workplace
